AUTHORS

Paper submission is now open. Authors are invited to submit their manuscripts via EDAS platform

General Information for Submission

We invite authors to submit full-length papers of up to 6 pages in A4, 10-point font, following the IEEE two-column conference format.
Accepted papers may include one additional page (maximum: 7 pages) in the final camera-ready version.

Authors must prepare their manuscripts using the official IEEE Manuscript template available here

Submitted papers must be original, must not contain plagiarized material, and must not be under review elsewhere. IEEE’s Policy on Plagiarism and Policy on Double Submission will be strictly enforced.

All submissions must be uploaded in PDF format via EDAS. Each paper will undergo peer review, and accepted papers will be included in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library. The workshop will feature both oral and poster presentations.

By submitting a paper, the authors agree that at least one author will register and present the work in person. Papers not presented at the conference may be excluded from the proceedings and from publication in IEEE Xplore.
